Education is not for making a certificate, need job learning education, need skills.

Education is not for making a certificate, need job learning education, need skills.

At one time there was an unwritten rule in the school that all the good students (meritorious) will study in the science department i.e. they will be doctors/engineers. Those who get an average of 40-50 marks and fail in English will study in the Commerce Department i.e. they will work in a bank/office accounting job.

And those whose only hope and dream number 33, they will study in the humanities department, that is, will work in the government or will master in school or college. There was no telling what they should actually do or what they should read.

This perception has changed due to the improvement of electricity and communication systems and the gradual spread of television and the internet. Now the meritorious are not just doctors/engineers, they are studying Chartered and Trouble Accountant, MBA, Computer Engineering, etc. Young people are now able to analyze various information on their own where they should read. Yet parents are forcing their children to decide what they will or will not read.

But the problem is that in our country everyone runs in excitement. Once the tide comes, everyone floats in it. Education merchants also took advantage of that opportunity. With the exception of 2-4 private universities, I did not talk about the standards of other universities. What will happen with so many BBA MBAs? Who will give jobs, where will our young people get jobs?

The boy or girl who will play cricket, sing, act, be a photographer, be a big safe, work in design, work in event management, work in a hotel, work in outsourcing, do fast food business, work in a medical lab, work in merchandising. Will work, will work based on modern agriculture – why would he study BBA MBA or Geography! They will graduate and master if necessary in all these subjects including sports, music, design, photography, merchandising.

Need technical education after SSC. Those who have built hundreds of private universities in the last 15-20 years and sold MBA and BBA certificates and all of our young people could not get any job or entrepreneurship with that certificate, I request you to create some modern technical colleges/universities so that our talented and hardworking youth From then on, he can learn to work with a pen in hand and can take a degree in these subjects if necessary.

In this case, the government needs a major change in the education system and new policies are needed. Although there are several polytechnic institutes in our country, their standard and syllabus are absolutely obsolete at present. If they could be used to send millions of our patriotic workers abroad, they could earn 2-3 times more than they do now.

Our young people used to be managers without working in hotel room services abroad. Do not go to study for masters after graduation. Work a few days before then do the masters with your own money. After graduation, after completing a Master’s, then apply for a job by making a CV, that day is over! With a certificate, you will no longer have a job or a business, you will need skills.

After 2-3 years of work or business, if necessary, do masters in night shift.

Not certificate education, but job learning and business and entrepreneurial thinking.
